Item Availability and Ordering process:
All the seat covers listed on our website are made to order. We do keep a stock so some covers are immediately available. Please include your email address and phone number so that we can contact you if there is an issue with your order. We do NOT send commercial and spam emails or texts. All your personal information will be kept confidential.

Handling Time:
Our handling time is 1-2 business days. If you need a special pattern or logo for your covers, if it is an special holiday, or we do not have the covers produced and kept in stock already, our handling time might increase up to 48-hours.
Please contact us if you are in a rush and we will prioritize your order.
Shipping:
Free expedited shipping is provided through UPS or USPS and will deliver in 2-4 Business Days. International shipping cost is calculated and free return is not offered to international buyers. Deliveries to Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer than 5 business days due to post office schedules. We may include a free signature requirement for orders over $350.00.
- We provide 60-Days Money Back Guarantee if the cover is unused and in good condition. In the event that a customer would like to request a return, we'll provide a return label at no cost if the item has not been used and is in the original condition. If it has been over 60 days per company policy we cannot accept returns for any reason.
- We accept exchanges within 60-Days of purchase if the cover is unused and in good condition. In the event that the customer would like to exchange their item, we would provide the return label and cover the shipping cost of the item back to them if the item has not been used and is in the original condition. After 60 days per company policy we cannot issue exchanges for any reason.

Auto Seat Replacement is not responsible for the lost or stolen packages that are in transit to our location. If an item is lost or stolen you need to make a case with the shipping company.

- ALL Custom-made orders are Non-refundable and Non-Exchangeable
- International customers are responsible for the shipping cost if they would like to exchange or return any items. All returns/exchanges have to be pre-approved by Auto Seat Replacement staff.
- All international buyers are asked to leave their Email Address or phone number in case we need to get in contact with them.
- International shipping to most countries start from US$60.00 for one item and depending on the items ordered, the price will vary. If you order larger sized items the price would likely increase. We will always make sure to provide you with the LOWEST shipping rate possible and if we need to charge extra for shipping we will CONTACT YOU and send you an additional invoice and get your confirmation before processing your order.
