Item Availability & Ordering Process

Most if not all of the covers we sell are made to order. We do keep a stock so some covers are immediately available. Please include your email address and phone number so that we can contact you if there is an issue with your order.

We do NOT send commercial or spam emails or texts. All your personal information will be kept confidential.

Handling Time

Our standard handling time is 1-2 business days. If your order requires a special pattern or logo, falls on a holiday, or is not in stock, handling time may increase up to 48 hours.

If you're in a rush, please contact us and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

Shipping

We offer free expedited shipping via UPS or USPS, typically delivered in 2–4 business days.

International shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Free return is not offered to international buyers.

Deliveries to Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer than 5 business days due to postal schedules.

We may include a free signature requirement for orders over $350.00.

Returns

• 60-Day Money Back Guarantee for unused covers in good condition. Return labels are provided at no cost if the item has not been used and is in original condition.
  After 60 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason.

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges within 60 days if the item is unused and in good condition. We cover return and re-shipping costs.
  After 60 days, we cannot accept exchanges for any reason.

Important Notes

• Auto Seat Replacement is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. If an item is lost, please file a claim with the shipping provider.

• All custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

International Customers

• International customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved.
• Please include your email address or phone number so we can reach you if needed.
• International shipping starts at US$60.00 for one item. Larger items may incur higher costs. We will always aim to offer the lowest possible shipping rate. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before processing your order.
